We apologize if you are an annual member and had an issue with billing. We have been working behind the scenes to get a resolution on this and the Locals team has been processing the price adjustments and if you have an annual subscription you maybe have had a charge >$20 that has been refunded.
The correct price adjustment will be processed.
If you are an annual supporter that just signed up or recently renewed, you may have a charge of $18-$19 to adjust from the $50/year to $70/year. To reiterate, the price change was effective Tues Nov 12th. These are not backcharges.

As you all know by now, back in June we increased the price of our Locals by $2. Due to an error on the back end, most of you who signed up for Locals never has your prices updated. It will take a couple of weeks for us to fix this, and during that process you may notice an extra charge for ROTC Locals on your card for the difference. This is NOT a retroactive difference, simply a correction in price to the new billing plan of $7 instead of the old $5. You won't be retroactively charged for the past few months, however as the price corrects you may notice what appears to be a small charge between 2-3 bucks this one month only.
We are sorry for the inconvenience but we'll be back into the regular rhythm next month. This was an error we only noticed recently and had to get rectified.
