Crazy idea: When you order things you put in the address to which you want your items delivered. Maybe the poorly paid driver thought someone was working, trying to recover at the address and didn't want to add to their problems by not delivering as instructed. See everyone has their own problems and doesn't spend all day trying to figure out what you really want when you tell them to do something. The driver was told to deliver at the address so he delivered at the address. Maybe update your address when you place an order.
But as usual an attention whore woman wants to sympathy farm rather than take responsibility for anything.
